Join us for a foundational self-defense skills seminar. Learn strikes, take-downs, and ground defense as well as the psychological, philosophical, and spiritual aspects of your personal defense arsenal. Give Heidi four hours of your life and she just might save it.


Dress in comfy workout clothes and be prepared for physical activity. The course will be taught by Heidi Onion. Heidi has been a police officer for 24 years, is a Krav Maga Law Enforcement Instructor and has been teaching self-defense classes for 22 years.
